Denton Ryan (14-0): Ryan returned to its dominant ways in its 46-15 demolition of Wichita Falls Rider in Saturday's regional final after needing 12 unanswered points to knock off Waco Midway in the regional semifinals. The Raiders' rushing attack, powered by Kaylon Alexander, is averaging 142 yards in the playoffs. The defense is holding opponents to an average of 12.25 points in the postseason. Under coach Joey Florence, who tells his players to reserve the right to win, Ryan will continue to focus on limiting turnovers to keep from being the second giant slayed by Wylie.

Wylie (11-3): Bill Howard and his team, finally healthy, pride themselves on playing 48 minutes - a mantra they lived up to in a 20-16 win against previously unbeaten Tyler John Tyler in the regional final. QB Nico Ramirez, RB Vincent Bryan and WR Jermaine Merdock are names you'll hear often, but Howard credits the Pirates' success to them believing in each other and moving the chains. A defense that has recovered five fumbles in the playoffs will help as well as Wylie looks to take down another unbeaten team.
