Birdville 51, Keller Timber Creek 16

BIRDVILLE - Tyler Klutts' 367-yard rushing performance capped off a huge second half as Birdville (7-3, 5-2) broke open a close game with 35 unanswered points to defeat Keller Timber Creek (3-7, 0-7).

After Timber Creek tied the score with field goal early in the third quarter, the Birdville offense and defense scored with five touchdowns and forced three interceptions and a fumble recovery.

Klutts' last two touches resulted in touchdown runs of 49 and 95 yards, the latter coming after an interception in the fourth quarter.

Timber Creek fell behind 9-0 early on and briefly took the lead in the second quarter on two touchdown receptions by Robert Lambe, who finished with eight catches for 124 yards.
