Hicks has completed 65 percent of his passes, with three TD passes and no interceptions. He rushed for four touchdowns in the first half of last week’s win over Weatherford.
Tom Fox 2. Dontre Wilson, DeSoto/ 117 carries, 613 yards, 14 TDs/ DeSoto was determined to feed the ball to Wilson, an Oregon pledge, on Friday night. In a 61-7 win over Mansfield Timberview, Wilson had his highest total of carries all season, rushing 27 times for 119 yards and four touchdowns.

Bryan Driskell, McKinney Boyd/ 132 carries, 1,116 yards, 12 TDs/ Driskell continues his torrid pace, rushing for 201 yards and two touchdowns in a crucial 55-28 win over Plano West in Boyd's district opener. Driskell has rushed for 200 yards or more in the last four games, all wins.
Joel Moore 4. Ke’aun Kinner, Little Elm/ 175 carries, 1,451 yards, 14 TDs/ Little Elm took a serious shot last Thursday, beaten 57-20 by Frisco to fall to 1-2 in District 9-4A play - one of the area's most contentious districts. But it wasn't for lack of production for Kinner. He rushed for 144 yards and two scores. The senior, who has two 300-yard rushing games this year, leads all rushers in all classes in yards.
Khampha Bouaphanh 5. Daniel Gresham, Fort Worth All Saints/ 73 carries, 889 yards, 15 TDs/ Gresham bumped his already impressive yards-per-carry average up from 11.76 to 12.18 in Friday's 62-0 win over Tulsa Holland Hall. The junior, committed to Texas as a fullback, had seven carries in the game, four for scores, rushing for 113 yards.
Steve Hamm 6. Teriyon Gipson, Kimball/ 117 carries, 894 yards, 11 TDs/ Gipson, a three-star prospect, was productive in limited carries against Adamson. He rushed for 167 yards on just 15 carries, scoring touchdowns of 23 and 25 yards. With a big game against Pinkston this Friday, Gipson could set a personal best for yards in a season. He rushed for 1,166 yards and 13 TDs as a sophomore in 2010.

Marquel McNac, South Garland/169 carries, 1,149 yards, 11 TDs/ Last Friday, McNac scored a key fourth-quarter touchdown against Garland Lakeview Centennial, helping South Garland pull away, 27-17. He still leads area 5A rushers in yardage and carries. Don't expect his lead in carries to change. He had 30 attempts against Lakeview Centennial.
Tom Fox 9. Treyvon Marsh, Mesquite Horn/ 169 carries, 1,149 yards, 11 TDs/ Marsh has scored four touchdowns in back-to-back weeks. He had 137 yards and four scores in a shootout loss to Mesquite. In doing so, the senior has vaulted up the charts for area TD leaders. His 17 scores are one behind Hicks for the top spot in 5A.
Michael Ainsworth 9. Dezmond Wortham, Hebron/ 103 carries, 708 yards, 7 TDs/ Wortham did not play in Hebron's loss to Coppell, because of an unspecified injury. He has rushed for 100 yards and scored a touchdown in each of his last 10 starts.(Not Pictured) 10. Juwan Washington, Kennedale/ 135 carries, 1,192 yards, 13 TDs
