Euless Trinity 45, Hurst L.D. Bell 22

BEFORD - Terrence Tusan rushed for 133 yards while Paul Tuipulotu and Tevin Williams combined for five touchdowns as top-ranked Euless Trinity overpowered rival Hurst L. D. Bell, 45-22, before 11,000 Thursday at Pennington Field.

It was Trinity's 13th straight victory over Bell.

Bell (3-3, 2-2 District 6-5A) actually scored first. After fumbles on the game's first two plays, Bell drove 76 yards, with James Mauro completing six of six passes, including a touchdown to Jaramie Brown.

Trinity (6-0, 4-0) scored on its next five possessions to take a 31-15 halftime lead.

Williams rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns. Kailahi Kautai passed for 108 yards and ran for Trinity's sixth touchdown.
