St. Mark's 38, Episcopal Dallas 27

Senior Ty Montgomery rushed for 142 yards and four second-half touchdowns as St. Mark's (2-5) overcame a sloppy performance to defeat Episcopal School of Dallas. Montgomery scored on runs of 21, 5, 32 and 32 yards.

St. Mark's senior quarterback Dean Butler rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown. Sophomore running back Bear Goldstein added 118 yards rushing to a St. Mark's ground game that amassed 362 yards on 64 attempts.

St. Mark's dominated nearly every statistical category, holding ESD to minus-11 yards rushing, but the litany of St. Mark's miscues was a long one. On its first five possessions, St. Mark's lost three fumbles, had a pass intercepted and had a punt blocked.

ESD (2-6) turned those miscues into 13 points, all without the benefit of a first down. St. Mark's also had two touchdowns negated by penalty.
