Argyle 44, FW Nolan 21
ARGYLE — Argyle’s defense forced four first-half turnovers to build a big lead and cruise to a 44-21 win over Fort Worth Nolan at Eagle Stadium.
Brandon Boyzuick tossed first-half touchdown passes of 53 yards to Hunter Treadwell and 22 yards to Jon Pucciarello as Argyle (2-0) roared out to a 34-0 lead at halftime. Connor Wilson and Ian Sadler tacked on short touchdown runs, and Cole Hedlund drilled two of his three field goals in the first quarter. Sadler, a Texas Tech pledge, finished with 29 yards rushing and two scores and added 57 yards receiving.
Wilson, a Kansas State recruit, had a fumble recovery and interception in the first half to pace the Argyle defense.
After a 77-yard drive to open the game, Argyle started its next six offensive possessions in Nolan territory, scoring three touchdowns and two field goals.
Arg. Liberty Chr. 38, Sanger 35
SANGER — JonAaron Howell scored on a run and a pass reception in the fourth quarter as Argyle Liberty Christian scored the game’s last 24 points to defeat Sanger.
Howell scored four touchdowns on the night, two on runs and two receiving, and accounted for 215 total yards.
Brandon Mann pass for three touchdowns and ran for a fourth for Sanger.
Kaufman 42, Wilmer-Hutchins 20
KAUFMAN — Kaufman (1-1) scored on its first three possessions, aided by a pair of Wilmer-Hutchins fumbles, and turned a 21-0 lead into a 42-20 rout over Wilmer-Hutchins Friday night at Lion Stadium.
Wilmer-Hutchins (1-1) crept back into the contest on an 81-yard touchdown run by John Carter, but Kaufman answered with a 21-14 run over the next three quarters.
Frisco Lone Star 48, Whitesboro 21
WHITESBORO — Chase Moake passed for 300 yards and four touchdowns, three to Jordan Jones, as Frisco Lone Star cruised past Whitesboro.
Celina 48, Crandall 7
CRANDALL — Celina got touchdowns from four players while jumping to a 27-0 lead and coasted past Crandall.

CARROLLTON — Trey Jackson rushed for 238 yards and two touchdowns as Princeton rolled over Carrollton Ranchview.

Sunnyvale (2-0) scored on six of its first seven possessions and rolled past Life Oak Cliff at Tom Wilson Field.

KRUM — Darrin Pennington rushed for 139 yards, and Farmersville got touchdowns from four players to build a big early lead and then hold on to beat Krum.

AUBREY — Senior running back Daniel Longhenry racked up 233 yards on 30 carries to lead Aubrey (1-1) to a nondistrict win over Anna.

MELISSA — Taylor McGehee threw touchdown passes of 71 and 41 yards and ran for a 72 yard score among four touchdowns as Melissa (1-1) beat Van Alstyne (1-1).

A fourth quarter touchdown and a 324-102 rushing yard differential propelled Centerville to a tight victory over Cor. Mildred.

Ponder's Christian Worthington ran back an 84-yard kickoff return to start the second half, and that proved to be the difference.

Quinlan Ford jumped to a 20-0 lead and never looked back as Jon Humphries racked up 215 yards in victory.

St. Mark's 40, Mart 20
John Webb threw for 321 yards and four touchdowns as St. Mark’s topped Mart, 40-20.
St. Mark’s scored 16 points in a 37-second span in the second quarter. After Webb’s 52-yard touchdown pass to William Caldwell with 3:25 left in the half, the St. Mark’s defense recorded a safety, and on the ensuing drive Webb hit John Caldwell on a 45-yard touchdown strike to give St. Mark’s a 23-0 lead.
OP (Ill.) Fenwick 32, Bishop Lynch 14
Oak Park (Ill.) Fenwick ran away with a 32-14 win at Bishop Lynch on Friday night on the back of a 214-yard, three-touchdown performance by running back Robert Spillane.
Spillane, listed at 6-3, 225 pounds, carried the ball just 15 times, including a 73-yard dash. He scored Fenwick’s final points of the night, capping a 20-point third quarter for the Chicago-area school to take a 32-7 lead.
Episcopal Dallas 43, Brock 21
Dallas Episcopal repeatedly took advantage of a vulnerable Brock defense on Friday night en route to a victory behind great performances from Jack Johnson and Winston Guillory.
On its opening drive, Brock (1-1) marched 84 yards in 16 plays and used up 8:48 of the clock.
The drive culminated with a 1-yard touchdown plunge from workhorse back Slaten Gough.
Dallas Episcopal (2-0) responded with 43 straight points — and used big plays to do it.
Guillory scored on a 38-yard run with 35 seconds remaining in the first quarter to give Episcopal Dallas the lead for good, and Johnson scored the first of his two rushing touchdowns to stretch the lead.
Gilmer 66, Prestonwood Christian 32
GILMER — Gilmer gained a measure of revenge, using Tanner Barr’s six touchdown passes to hammer Plano Prestonwood Christian on Friday night.
Barr produced 422 yards of offense and factored into 38 points for Gilmer, a Class 3A Division II finalist in 2012 whose 14-2 season included a 42-12 loss to Prestonwood.
FW All Saints 64, FW Car.-Riverside 7
FORT WORTH — Fort Worth All Saints scored 57 first-half points en route to a blowout victory over Fort Worth Carter-Riverside at McNair Stadium.
The All Saints defense recovered three fumbles and intercepted two passes.
Cistercian 49, Arl. Pantego Chr. 9
ARLINGTON — Sophomore running back Dare Odeyingbo rushed for 286 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries, outgaining the entire Arlington Pantego Christian (0-2) team offense and leading Irving Cistercian (2-0) to victory at UTA’s Maverick Stadium.
Arl. Oakridge 59, Tyler Gorman 42
Tyler Woolsey threw for 425 yards and two touchdowns as Oakridge won in a shootout.
Godley 37, Grape. Faith Chr. 6
GRAPEVINE — Ian Aguirre led Godley (1-1) to victory over Grapevine Faith Friday night.
Aguirre broke open a scoreless game in the second quarter on a 22-yard touchdown run, then followed up with another touchdown run from 21 yards out to extend the lead to 21-0 going into the half.
Godley’s defense held Faith to 147 yards and 12 first downs.
Prime Prep 41, Bishop Dunne 34
Prime Prep scored 21 unanswered third-quarter points to outlast Bishop Dunne (1-1).
Prime Prep (2-0) was led by quarterback Antonio Bennett, who rushed for three touchdowns, carrying the ball 11 times for 53 yards. Bennett also threw for 206 yards and a touchdown.
Dallas Christian 49, Arl. Grace Prep 12
GRAND PRAIRIE — Dallas Christian scored 42 unanswered first-half points en route to a blowout victory over Arlington Grace Prep at South Grand Prairie High School.
Dallas Christian was led by quarterback Preston Nix, who rushed for three first-half touchdowns.

ADDISON — Jalen Sharp scored three touchdowns, including the game-winner in double-overtime, as Greenhill (1-1) rallied to victory.
TCA-Addison 58, Brownsboro 14
TCA-Addison's Christian Hutzler threw for 388 passing yards as they overpowered Brownsboro. Brownsboro running back Damien Thompson ran for 131 yards in the loss.

CARROLLTON — Prince of Peace overcome a 13-0 deficit on the way to a big victory. They dominated on the ground with Lowghan Tufford running for 130 of Prince of Peace's 372 rushing yards.

Sacred Heart's Zach Carnes went 15-for-29 for 317 yards as his team lead the whole way in a tight victory.
