“We played pretty well,” said Cannon, “But we can play better.”
In mixed doubles play, Connor LaFavre and Margo Taylor of Highland Park crushed Remi and Jaxon Immler of Austin Lake Travis, 6-1, 6-1 then beat Krishna Jana and Rachel Cunningham of Clear Falls, 6-1, 6-1 to reach the finals.
