Randy Jackson, now the new Grapevine head coach, staying cool with Plano East players

The news of Randy Jackson leaving Plano East for Grapevine after one one season raised some eyebrows, but the head coach is not burning bridges with his former team.

Jackson, who become a household name in football circles after his 2010 miracle season at Mesquite Poteet, is also quite active on social media and he has already shown his lighter side in the hours since the news of his new job was made public.
