North Garland coach of three sports accused of improper relationship with teen student

A North Garland High School teacher and coach turned himself into authorities Wednesday after police say he had an inappropriate relationship with a female student.

Christian Flores, 27, was charged with one count of improper relationship between a teacher and a student and one count of indecency with a child. He was released from jail Thursday morning on an unknown amount of bail.

Police said the victim was a girl under the age of 17.
