FORT WORTH — Dylon Thomas had a huge day combining for 354 yards rushing and passing to go along with six touchdowns as Fort Worth Paschal cruised to a 54-35 homecoming win Saturday over Weatherford at Farrington Field.
Paschal (4-3, 1-3) jumped out to a 35-0 lead midway through the second quarter as Thomas delivered a pair of scoring passes to Darrell James.
Paschal also got a little help from its defense and special teams. Chris Padron returned a punt 74 yards for a score, then Austin Permann returned an interception 42 yards for a touchdown.
Weatherford (0-7, 0-4) found the end zone a few times in the second half as Jeuqwan Brownlee rushed for a pair of touchdowns then hauled in a short pass and raced 55 yards for another score.
