Ennis starting to turn season around after moribund start

I wrote a story about Ennis to preview the basketball season. Ennis was coming off its best season in history, featured a D1 signee in Jordan Mason, along with two other seniors who were lower D1 or D2 recruits, and, for all purposes, appeared headed toward another banner year.

Ennis started the year by losing three of its first four games. It lost to Lancaster in its second district game by 30 points.

But now, finally, things might be starting to turn around. Ennis defeated Lancaster, which had previously been undefeated in 15-4A play. LeBradford Willis had 24 points and 17 assists.

It's not too late. Ennis can make the playoffs if it continues this strong push over the next month.
