Fort Worth Arlington Heights 59, Arlington Seguin 56: Junior forward Justin Hemphill scored 16 points, including eight consecutive in the fourth quarter, as Arlington Heights won a Class 4A second-round game at American Airlines Center.

Arlington Heights advanced to the Region I quarterfinals to meet District 6-4A rival Fort Worth Southwest. Arlington Heights defeated Southwest in the same round last season on its way to the state semifinals.
