FIRST TEAM

MCKENZIE ADAMS Frisco Centennial, Sr., G, 5-9

Stats: Averaged 23.8 points, 5 rebounds and 3.6 assists. The Arkansas signee closed the regular season with four straight games of 34 points or more.

Did you know? Adams is following her father, Gary, to Arkansas. Gary Adams played football for the Razorbacks from 1988-92.

BREANNA HAYDEN Madison, Sr., G, 5-10

Stats: Averaged 29 points, 8 rebounds, 7 steals and 4 assists. Hayden’s season high was a 39-point outburst against Irving North Hills.

KIARA PERRY Duncanville, Sr., G, 5-10

Stats: Averaged 14.2 points, 7.4 rebounds, 3.2 steals and 2.7 assists for state champion Duncanville. Perry shot 47 percent from the floor.

Did you know? Perry, an SMU signee, was named the MVP of the Sandra Meadows Classic as well as the 5A state championship game.

LILI THOMPSON Mansfield Timberview, Sr., G, 5-7

Stats: Averaged 13.4 points, 2.9 steals and 2.9 assists, and she led Timberview to the 5A Region I quarterfinals. She averaged 14.7 points against stout District 7-5A competition, and improved to a 16.8-point average against area-ranked teams. Thompson scored 18 points when Timberview took top-ranked Duncanville to overtime.

Did you know? The Stanford-bound Thompson joins an impressive group of Texans on the Cardinal roster. Among them are Chiney Ogwumike, Alex Green, Kiran Lakhian and Amber Orrange.

ALISHA WASHINGTON Lincoln, Jr., G, 5-8

Stats: Averaged 18.1 points, 3.9 steals, 3.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists for 4A state runner-up Lincoln. She scored in double figures in all but one game this season.

Did you know? Washington led Lincoln in scoring at the state tournament. She scored 20 in a semifinal win against Aledo, then had 18 in the final against Georgetown.
