For a second after Texas' loss to Oklahoma State on Saturday, it sounded like Texas Athletic Director Mike Perrin was looking at re-evaluating coach Charlie Strong's employment status.
But a closer look should let the coach breathe a little easier for now.
Yahoo writer Anwar Richardson tweeted out the original Perrin quote that had people stirring.

I grabbed Texas AD Mike Perrin and asked about Charlie Strong's future. He told me "We need to evaluate what happened here."

But a little more fleshed out version of Perrin's comments showed that he wasn't talking exclusively about Strong's status with the university.

Perrin did say that "we got to look at the kicking game. All facets." Asked about any big-picture statement, Perrin said: "None whatsoever."
